Menu Plan to the Rescue!

Whenever I start to feel like there is nothing to eat in the house or that no meal sounds good I figure it is time to come up with a menu plan for the week.  This week is one of those weeks.  Here is what is on the list:

baked potatoes, focaccia bread, veggies & hummus

garlic lime chicken over rice, salad

meatloaf, roasted potatoes, green beans, red peppers

chicken noodle soup, beer bread, red peppers & hummus

veggie quesadillas, salad

pizza, veggies
