We headed to one of my favorite places on Friday – the Produce Auction. Look at all those gorgeous vegetables! My husband thought we should all go, but unfortunately most of them don’t get into it like Michael and I do. He is my auction buddy for sure. He has been every time with me and I have to admit, it is exciting to bid at a real auction.
Look at those garlic braids! Beautiful! I got outbid on those, they ended up going for about $14 per braid. Unfortunately I didn’t have $56 to spend on garlic this week LOL.
Here is a better view of the auction platform. They have produce auctions 4 days a week and livestock/equipment auctions 1 day a week. I will tell you what I ended up winning later – along with what I got out of it all. Any guesses as to what I won?
